Meta 365 Animated Explainer Videos
Two animated explainers making complex Microsoft 365 tools and their everyday benefits easier to understand.
The Challenge
Meta 365 develops tools for the Microsoft 365 ecosystem that simplify complex tasks for large organisations. The challenge was to translate technical functionality into a story that potential users could quickly understand. Each video needed to connect a recognisable problem with a clear explanation of the offering’s benefits.
The Role
Working from original scripts written by WHITE, I designed the storyboards and all graphics, then animated both videos after storyboard approval. I created two original illustrated characters, a man and a woman, to introduce the everyday frustrations, followed by animated sequences explaining the problems and how each tool could help.
The Outcome
The two finished explainers introduce pShareEmail and Search Assistant through character animation and visual explanations of their functionality. Each film moves from a familiar pain point to the practical benefits of the offering, giving Meta 365 a clear way to present complex software.
