Sofka Zinovieff Website
Visit website (opens in a new tab)A custom author website that brings Sofka Zinovieff’s books and activities together, evolving through a collaboration of over a decade.
The Challenge
Sofka’s previous website needed a new platform to present her books and wider activities. The brief was to create a distinctive home for her work, with space to grow as new publications and projects emerged.
The Role
I designed the entire website and developed its custom WordPress theme, working directly with Sofka. Our collaboration spans more than twelve years, with a theme update in 2019 and continued refinements, most recently in September 2026.
The Outcome
The website brings her books, reviews, podcasts and latest activities into one coherent experience. Its look and feel remains a part of the project I am particularly proud of: a visual foundation that has continued to serve her work as the site evolves.
A lasting visual identity gives an evolving website continuity as its content grows.
